The Plot Calls: Pride
There is a legend of an entity who ate a human soul and fell from grace. It tried to flee into the world of man, but trapped itself in the boundary between the realm of the Gods and the physical reality.

10 years ago, Harwaven, New Jersey was hit with a string of people who reported relatives and friends turning into soulless creatures in black robes. Some disappeared. Others committed suicide.
Present day, rumors of the plot have been circulating all over social media. People all over the world mention seeing pale creatures in black robes and a porcelain palm extending from a portal in the ground.
The Plot Calls series takes place in Harwaven, New Jersey, a small city in Heartland County. The speculation is that, there may be more than monsters in the New Jersey heartlands.
Five cases involving The Plot have surfaced in Harwaven:
- The disappearance of Professor Dr. Barbara Alder
- The disappearance of Legendary Heart Surgeon, Dr. Frank Voss
- The death of Aging beauty and fashion icon turned consultant, Valerie Cho
- The disappearance of founder and inventor of PallidTear Surveillance Systems, Peter Thance
- The disappearance of beloved Stand-Up Comedian who closes at Harwaven's The Hollow, Ramon Quinn
Each case shares the same impossible detail:
A man in black robes, standing idle over a six-by-six patch of obsidian soil.
Detectives Brian Gunn and Cory Alvarez are forced to drop their active investigation and focus their efforts on the plot.
In doing so, they are led to paranormal researcher and blogger, Sam Erriden.
The detectives only arrive at more questions as they run into a familiar face at Sam's home: Marcus Serling.
